New Year, New You! is all about inspiring you to make and sustain healthy changes by taking small but meaningful steps toward optimal health. I’m co-hosting this event with Hallie from Daily Bites. Here are the details:
When: Each week on Thursdays beginning January 5th, Hallie and I will be posting helpful tips and recipes relating to various health-oriented themes. Come back each Thursday throughout the month for week after week of motivation and inspiration!
Who: It’s not just Hallie and me contributing to this event. Every week we will be joined by a handful of others who will be posting their tips and recipes relating to the weekly theme. That means more inspiration for all of us, along with a variety of perspectives on the same topic. Here is the schedule of bloggers who will be contributing:
